- Health & profile data — information you provide to personalize your plan, such as age, height, weight, goals, dietary preferences, and activity level.
- Usage data — meals and workouts you log, reminders you set, and in-app activity that helps the Service work and improve.
- Photos you submit — images you choose to scan for meal logging are processed to identify food and estimate nutrition.
- Device & technical data — device type and a push-notification token (if you enable reminders) so we can deliver notifications.

- To generate and adapt your personalized diet and fitness plans.
- To track your progress and present daily and weekly summaries.
- To send reminders and notifications you have opted into.
