Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information and photos you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service (for example, to generate plans and identify foods you scan).

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and terms for any paid plan are presented in the app at the point of purchase and are subject to the applicable app-store terms.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and branding, is owned by Diet2Fit and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific health or fitness outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diet2Fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
